We’ve been baking with our farm raised small grains since 2017. Baking with high quality fresh milled flour has opened our eyes to what baking can be and our dream is to share that with you. As fourth generation farmers we feel passionately about the future of small farms and real food. We feel driven to connect our community with the freshest whole grains and milled flours possible, while increasing food security for our area. Our goal is to specialize in producing a diverse range of different grains and flours.
